TERMS OF ENROLMENT

• If for any reason the teacher cancels the lesson, a makeup will be organised within the term. If this is not possible, a credit will be given for the following term.

• At least 24 hours notice is required if a student is going to be absent from lessons. Where practical the teacher will try to run a makeup lesson within the term. If this is not practical, the lesson will be forfeited by the student. Each student is only entitled to one makeup lesson per School Term.

• Term fees must be paid in full by the end of the second week of that term. If fees are overdue, a late fee of $20 per student will be applied.

• All information in this document will be used for the reference of the teacher only. It will remain private and confidential.

• If COVID causes the studio to close, the remaining lessons for that week will be presented online. Following this week a credit or refund of the fees of the remaining term will be offered. There will also be an option to continue lessons online.
